Morning and Afternoon Sessions
Just a reminder current kindergarten students will not have school this day.
St. Malachy School
For liability, safety, and convenience reasons, beginning this spring we will start to use buses for all out of town field trips.
We explored many busing options and feel we have found a safe and affordable option best suited for our school and it’s needs.
Students will be charged a minimal fee of $10 to ride the bus. If this is a financial hardship for your family please contact Mrs. Simmons.
For the safety of our students please remember the following St. Malachy drop-off and pick-up rules:
*The area on Clark Street west of the building is available for parents use during drop-off and to pick-up.
*Drop-off and pick-up must occur on the north side of the street.
*This area west of the school is also used for parents who need to park their vehicle and enter the building during drop-off and pick-up times.
Our top priority is the safety of our students, as a reminder we are asking that parents
please DO NOT use the crosswalk before or during the car line. If you need to exit your
car and retrieve your child during car line please park on the north side of Clark Street.
Thank you,
St. Malachy School

JA Biz Town
JA BizTown combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. St. Malachy students will learn how to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor. We are very excited to have added this program to our St. Malachy curriculum. This unit will help students connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world. Our 5th grade students will be going on April 26, 2016
A huge congratulations to Megan Pellman
Megan did a great job at State. She answered many questions correctly during the first round but unfortunately did not get to go on. We are proud of your efforts Megan!
